Welcome to Hauntedland
Paranormal activity!
adjective: supposedly beyond the scope of normal scientific understanding. (OED) Yep, that's it! Not a lot when you consider how passionate people can get about the subject. As ghosts and spirits sit comfortably in the category of Paranormal, you find the term often overused even to explain mundane activity such as lights flickering or a creak during the night. Reasons may not be obvious at first but there usually is one. The lazy option is to call it paranormal and leave it at that. I prefer to look a bit deeper. I've visited some really good, reputedly haunted locations and to be honest, some not so good. Would I claim that they are all haunted? To find out read my reports. |
My interest in ghosts and all things scarey started a very long time ago when I believed Dr Who was as real as the creatures on the show. Over time my perception of these shows went from real life drama to entertainment. When you explore paranormal experiences, people are often disappointed that the reality does not reflect their perception. Without proof, perceptions are all they can be. |

I've certainly had a few interesting experiences, all of which can be found on here. |
