2: What are Templates?
Templates are a completed website simply awaiting for your text and images to personalise it. The templates we have provided are in two categories, Classic and Contemporary. The Classic Range is reminiscent of the early days of website design. The Contemporary Range is designed to look more modern and up-to-date.

We have used an imaginary company called Green Valley and created for them various websites using our templates to help give you an idea of how your site will look when complete.

3: Why are Templates good?
Templates are a quick and convenient way to get online. Because you can see how your site will work and look before you order it, you'll know what to expect when you do. All you need to do is imagine your pictures and details in place of Green Valley's.

If you're on a limited budget, Templates also offer a higher quality site for less than the cost of a basic custom built one.

4: What do they come with?
All of our templates consist of the following 5 pages (except the introductory page):

  1. Home: Welcomes people to the website. This page is used to briefly say what you have to offer the visitor and what are the aims of website.
  2. About Us: Informs potential clients about who you are and where you are. This page is to give the visitor confidence in you or your company. Trust is paramount in the internet world.
  3. Services: This page offers more detailed information about the services or products you provide. Price lists, post and package details, how to order etc, are also included here.
  4. Feedback: Visitors can use the Feedback form to request further information from you in the form of printed material or by phone or email. It also allows visitors to send you vital feedback on how they found the site and what their experience was of it.
  5. Thank you: This page is only seen when the Feedback form is sent. It replaces the ugly default page used by the form script gives the site a feel of 'completeness'.

5: Can I add things at a later date?
Yes you can. Text amendments are free for the first two weeks once the site is up, so long as it is not an extensive rewrite. There are some Site Maintenance contracts you can buy with your site if you need regular updates. See Prices.

If you require extra pages however, you will have to consider the custom built website as templates are designed as a complete package. However, previous customers will qualify for a discount.

6: Are there any extras or upgrade options?
Yes there are. We can produce animated images, adverts, add guest books and discussion forums. You may have purchased the Introductory Webpage and have found you'd be better off with a bigger site, well, we'll upgrade your site to another template or custom build you a site with a discount off the suggested price.

You can have your site in a range of colours too, see Options & Upgrades for details.
